World Children's Day Sparks Commitment to Child Rights

In Room 4A yesterday we had deep learning connections and passionate responses to the rights of the child.  Have a look at our avatar's for children's rights.

This inspired us to do something about all of the one-use wrappers that end up in our garbage everyday at KTS.  The grade 4's want to use their voice to convince other's to make different choices about the snacks they bring.   Some of us recording a video that will be included in next week's announcements.  What do you think you can do at home, to refuse one use plastic?  Hmmmm...
