Pink Shirt Day 2019 #choosekindness and Kahoot!

Wondering about how we can choose kindness on Wednesday (and everyday).

Here is the web that we brainstormed today during our discussion about the "why" of pink shirt day.  We made some deep connections to child rights, triangles, activists, heart values, the thinking hats and much more.  After our discussion we worked on a written reflection and included our figurative language and if/then statements.

If we wear pink, then we are supporting a the right to a caring and safe environment. 

Over the last couple of days we have been studying for our upcoming science quiz on simple machines.  We have been using a great website called kahoot. it.  Ask your child to show it to you.  They can make their own quizzes in Kahoot.  https://kahoot.com/
